Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopement
Alyssa and Jon met in Boston and eager to trade in the east coast winters for the west coast sunshine, they moved to LA in 2017. Engaged for over two years with multiple attempts on planning a wedding amid COVID, they decided to do things on their own terms. Santa Barbara is a dream location for those who choose to elope and the best getaway to enjoy after. Plus as UCSB alumni, Alyssa was already familiar with the Sunken Gardens and knew its potential as a Plan B. You absolutely cannot go wrong with a Santa Barbara Courthouse elopement.
Elopement Day
It was as intimate as you could get. I met Alyssa and Jon at Santa Barbara Courthouse with their own officiant and me as their witness. It was important to them to have their ceremony documented through photos and from there we did a full 360 on the grounds for portraits. I cannot express how days like these is why I love what I do. It was simple and sweet but a milestone of a day for these two.
