For lovers of books and records, The Last Bookstore in DTLA is the perfect place for your elopement or engagement shoot.
Known as the largest bookstore still around (selling new and used books/records), The Last Bookstore gets it’s name with irony as each year bookstores continue to close. I mean, let’s be real. Amazon and e-books now rule the world.
Aside from books and records, The Last Bookstore is a multi-level space that also supports local artists, featuring their work within art galleries. It’s truly a place you can get lost in for hours.
Big News!
I am so honored to be given the title of The Last Bookstore’s exclusive elopement and engagement photographer, working alongside Jenna (co-owner of the Last Bookstore) and Diana Belle (owner of Knots and Belles). We have transformed this eclectic, iconic bookstore in the heart of DTLA into a space that’s perfect to capture your little love story.
Portia and Jordan
They were the first couple I had that jumped at the opportunity to be captured amongst all things books and records. We had the entire bookstore to ourselves, before opening hours and it was nothing short of magical for an idle Friday morning.
If this shoot speaks to you, inspires you, or is simply something you want to do too, let’s talk! The Last Bookstore is an epic space to hold your elopement or engagement, and I am here, happy to help!
